Project
Thirty Eight Elizabeth, Tauranga
Two impressive towers make up Thirty Eight Elizabeth, an exciting transformative project in the heart of Tauranga CBD. Merging commercial with residential, Thirty Eight Elizabeth is home to various stores, (including the iconic Farmers store which has occupied the site since the 1970’s) a sun-drenched dining terrace and two residential towers containing high-end apartments and luxury townhouses.
Freedom Works supplied a variety of finishes for the mixed-use development. Including elegant brass stair nosing’s and tactile indicators that meet the necessary slip, accessibility and contrast ratings while providing delineation and stunning design aesthetics.
Various Freedom Works accessibility products were installed throughout the carpark and back of house areas including bollards, wheel stops, entrance matting and plastic TGSI’s – all meeting the specified design requirements while providing quality and enduring finishing touches to the space.
